We are a family owned business founded in 1982 by Ruth Hall. For the past 40 years we have thrived off of our homemade food and sauces such as our signature barbecue sauces, ranch (great for dipping our extra crispy fries), blue cheese and thousand island salad dressing’s which are made from scratch. Our signature baked beans are a town favorite! Today “The Pit” is proudly run by Ruth’s son Billy as he continues the tradition of good food and friendly southern hospitality.
